Soluzio is looking for a e-invoicing project implementation manager to strengthen our team.


Are you the M/F/X Soluzion who dreams of client solutions, data, technology at night?

The unique mix between a technical pre-sales and a client-passionate E-invoicing project implementation manager?


  • As a Soluzio E-Invoicing Pre-Sales and Project Manager, you will be responsible for following up E-Invoicing projects at our corporate clients.

  • You will be one of our E-Invoicing experts within different countries and segments. Knowledge sharing is obviously in your DNA.

  • You guide, at expert level, our E-Invoicing Sales team towards the customer.

  • You are the Soluzio E-Invoicing contact par excellence for the Sales Team, and the end customer.

  • You translate expectations into a plan with clear objectives. You organise the implementation kick-off, and ensure that all employees and stakeholders are informed and aligned. Unburdening is key.

  • During the duration of the E-invoicing project, you motivate and guide the internal and external project staff towards delivery. You advise the customer during the process, contribute content to the progress, and take the lead in meetings.


  • You have a passion for digital and data. You look forward to tackling E-Invoicing challenges together with the customer. Experience in the E-Invoicing or ERP world is an absolute plus!

  • You go for results, but you are also patient, stress-resistant and do not get discouraged by unforeseen obstacles

  • You understand the world of E-invoicing, and of course you are prepared to continuously build up knowledge in different countries and segments.

  • You know how to keep your own planning under control and balance between different asynchronous projects, tasks and priorities.

  • You have experience in sales, technical pre-sales and/or project management.

  • You are a problem solver and a proactive communicator, both in your team and towards your customer.

  • You are not only a good communicator and coordinator, but also think about technical issues in terms of content.

  • You know something about customer journeys and know what a good service design process requires.

  • You make sure that every project stays on budget and on schedule: tight or changing deadlines don't scare you, neither do long-running projects.

  • You are a role model for your team.

  • You speak Dutch, English and French.
